Summary: Chloe gets a little visit from beyond the grave in her dreams.
Notes: Written for sv100 prompt Watchtower and Monthly challenge. First time writing Lionel/Chloe, but I've liked it for a few years now.

“If anyone could do this, I knew you could, my dear.” A voice whispered in her ear. Chloe gasped, turning around and found Lionel Luthor standing in front of her. The man in front of her… the man she thinks is standing in front of her was supposed to be dead - IS dead. Yet he stood in the middle of Watchtower as if he was alive. Her heart ached at the sight of him.

“Wha-How?”

Lionel chuckled, “This, my sweet, is just a dream for you; reality for me. Only way I could contact you.”

“Why?”

“To help you.”
