Part 1

“How is that I’m completely sick of seeing apples everywhere, yet I’m craving them anyway?”

“You’re pregnant,” Oliver stated softly, trying to hide his amusement. The last thing he needed was a pissed off Mia at him, so he tried to keep a handle of any comment or tone that could set her off thanks to her pregnancy hormones.

“I know, I know… and I am thankful it’s not hungry for any weird pickle combo, but I just find it so annoying to just crave apples all the time.”

“Maybe it’s hinting at the name it wants?”

“Very funny, Ollie.”

Part 2

Mia turned over to face her sleeping husband, and smiled softly as she watched him breath. She hated to do this to him, but then, it was sort of his fault that she had to, so she didn’t feel too bad for waking him up. She kissed him on the lips before moving down to his neck, leaving kisses everywhere she touched. He woke up immediately, moaning from her touch. She stopped as soon as she had his attention.

“I want apple ice cream.”

He groaned, letting out a disappointed sigh, “Do you think they even make apple ice cream?”

Part 3

“You are absolutely amazing.”

Oliver grinned, “Why thank you, my love.”

Mia glanced up at him with raised eyebrows, “I wasn’t talking to you.”

Oliver chuckled, “Yeah, I know… couldn’t I just pretend?”

Mia laughed, before pulling him to her, “I’m sorry, Ollie. Thank you and you are absolutely amazing.” Grinning, he pulled her into a kiss, letting one hand rest on her beautiful stomach and the other behind her neck, allowing him to deepen the kiss.

When the baby kicked, they both pulled away breathless, and let out an amused laugh.

“Guess it’s too hungry to let us play.”
