Clara stared silently as he slept peacefully. She loved watching him sleep – he had just a angelic beautiful sleep when there were no lines of worry creasing his forehead or the serious anxious expression that graced his face more often now. Sighing softly, Clara gently moved just enough so she could kiss his forehead. She worried more about him then she did about herself. At least she and the others had superpowers – even Chloe had powers of her own now. Oliver didn’t however, and he risked his life so often now. She was so afraid she was going to lose him one of these days.

Clara cleared her face of any anxious emotions she had revealed when she heard him wake up – he hated seeing her worry about him. She knew it made him depressed that he was one of the only members of the league to be helpless. Not that he was exactly helpless, since all of them had weaknesses, but that he couldn’t protect him or her with anything but arrows.

“Morning, sleepy head,” Clara stated softly, a smile appearing on her face as he yawned. He cracked a grin and pulled her tighter to him.

“Morning, angel,” he said, kissing her neck. Clara let out a pleased groan as he softly nibbled on her neck.

“You know, you might not want to do that,” Clara stated, glancing over to the clock on the night table, “you have a meeting in about an hour and you still need to go take a shower, get changed, have breakfast and drive over to company.”

Ollie chuckled, “Ah, but you forget – I’m the boss, I can change board meetings whenever I want. Plus, when has that ever stopped us?” He quirked an eyebrow, playfully.

Clara grinned, “Never.”

“Exactly, never. So are you ready to fall prey to my every whim, angel?” Ollie said, pinning her below him. Clara giggled at the thought, all her worries floated away as if they were never there.

“Oh yes!” Clara playfully yelled, letting out a laugh. Ollie barked out a laugh before attacking her – tickling her until she begged for mercy.
