She was a force to be wrecking with… her fury high and hatred filled her heart. But he knew deep down that behind all that there was a woman broken and crying for someone to become close to her. And he wanted to be that person, which shouldn’t be right.
He was a vampire, and she was a damn werewolf. Mortal enemies of one another… how could they possibly love each other?
“Thank you,” Leah whispered against his chest.
“Anytime, my beautiful she-wolf,” He whispered truthfully. Leah moved enough so that she could kiss him. Grinning, Emmett deepened the kiss.
