galorechallenge Challenge 1 prompt Hermione/Sam/Dean - sandwich.
Hermione Granger licked her lips in anticipation as she sat down at the table with her large hoagie like sandwiches. She had been working non-stop for over six and half hours without taking any breaks… besides the bathroom ones. Hermione was starving, her stomach growling and felt like it was grabbing at her insides.
She stood up cursing when she realized she forgot to get her drink, and left the room to go in the kitchen and get it.
Unknowingly to her, Sam and Dean Winchester were starving as well and they had entered her apartment when she entered the kitchen. They were staying at her place for a while now, all three of them trying to find a nasty demon that seemed to be able to hide very well - much better then any other one they had faced.
Dean smirked when he saw the two sandwiches. “Thank you Hermione…” he started before taking a bite out of one of the sandwiches.
“Dean, maybe that’s not for us.” Sam stated, but Dean ignored him by taking another bite.
“Sam, she made two. Why would she do that for herself?” Dean asked before taking another large bite out of the sandwich.
Sam shook his head. “She could have made that for herself… she was probably researching again. You know how she gets. She doesn’t eat until she’s finished or until we force her to.”
It was then that Hermione came back into the room thanks to voices she heard, wand raised in alarm of possible intruders and in her other hand was a cup of iced cold tea. Dean and Sam glanced at her, before Dean once again took another bite out of the sandwich. Hermione’s face darkened as Dean swallowed the bite. Sam took a few steps back from his brother, trying hard to hold a smile back.
“Thanks for the sandwich!” Dean said, smiling. “It’s really good. Did you have any yet?”
Hermione glared at him before screaming a spell at him, causing him to throw up huge green slugs. Sam gagged as he watched his brother throw them up, but couldn’t help laughing a bit.
Hermione walked around Dean and grabbed her plate with only one sandwich in hand and went into her bedroom. She was pissed off and very hungry. She silently agreed that Dean would suffer until she wakes up in the morning.
THE END.
