"You’re like a cat you know that…” Scott stated randomly, as Elle flinched away from the puddle. She glanced over at him in confusion.
“How am I like a cat?”
“Cats are afraid of water, and so are you.” Scott stated, Elle looked at him and rolled her eyes.
“I am so not afraid of water… it’s just really damn painful to be wet and electrify something or someone.” She stated looking pointedly towards him. Scott laughed.
“True.”
“So, Cyclops, you know my weakness… what’s yours?”
“Well you already know I can’t control my powers,” Scott stated. Elle frowned and pouted.
“So I’m not your weakness?”
Scott let out a laugh before kissing her gently against the lips… and pulled away before she could deepen it or spark him with her powers. “Yes… I have to say you are one of my weaknesses.”
Elle grinned, “Good,” she said before quickly pulling him back into a deeper kiss.
Scott pulled away and smiled. “What about me?”
“What about you?” Elle asked, slightly dazed from the kiss. Scott laughed.
“Am I your weakness as well?”
“Oh, most definitely, Cyclops,” Elle stated, grinning. “You know what I wish?”
“What?”
“That I had Nightcrawler’s powers right now so I could teleport us to a bedroom.”
Scott laughed again, and whispered to her, “So do I,” before bringing his lips down to hers again.
