The Dazzler concert that Amara drags her to on a date ends up being one of the best date nights they’ve had in awhile – after the whole Phoenix and Hellfire club situation they’ve been dealing with for last few months, they definitely needed this night out. Before they went to the concert, they had drinks and dinner at a mutant friendly pub nearby.
Jean pulls Amara in close and wraps her arms around her lower back, just as Dazzler starts a romantic ballad.
“So what do you think?” Amara asks with a dazzling smile and pulls Jean in closer, wrapping her arms around Jean’s shoulders.
“Tonight is perfect,” Jean admits as softly as she could in the large crowd, “we definitely need to do this again.”
“Agreed,” Amara says as she brushes her lips against Jean’s.
The kiss deepens just as various lights of colors shows appear randomly throughout the concert, startling them back with a laugh. While the light show was beautiful, and oddly perfect, Amara and Jean’s attentions were quickly pulled back to each other.
