She hadn’t been looking for love, not in America anyway. She was only supposed to be on vacation and ‘relaxing’. When you’ve been through a war and survived it, dealt with the pain of the aftermath and everything else, relaxing is a little hard to do. But she was practically ordered by her boss, friends and family to take the vacation away from Europe and get away from everything so she did.
And every single person who forced her to go will be getting a thank you and a present when she gets back, because if it hadn’t been for them, she wouldn’t have had found love – real love. Love she didn’t have to fight for or deal with pigheadedness.
Zack Morris might be a few years older than she was, but she couldn’t care less, because he was exactly what she needed in her life even if she hadn’t known it until she found him.
