Alright so she was sorta lying to him about the speed dial.
Yes, Rachel was first on her speed dial.
Mr. Iyer from the Indian take-out place, however, was not second on her speed dial.
Peter was.
Mr. Iyer, was third of course.
She couldn’t really well admit that to Peter, though… despite the brilliant and satisfied smile she received from him, which was the moment she had been waiting for. The moment that decided for her if she was going to tell him the truth or not about his past – his real identity.
She knows she should tell him, before he finds out on his own… but truthfully?
She couldn’t take the chance he’ll run.
She needed him.
