Part 1

“Damn it Clark… I gave birth to him,” Dawn whispered angrily. Why did her husband have to be so difficult?

“Yes I know… but we’re not naming him something Kryptonian.” Clark stated firmly, smiling down at his son. He completely ignored Dawn’s dagger looks.

“I did not go through all that pain to not get to name my son.”

“And how are you going explain his name’s meaning to anyone who asks?” Clark asked, once again. “We’re not celebrities, Dawn. We aren’t excused at having weird names for our children.”

“It isn’t weird - ukÊm means love.”

Clark sighed deeply.

Part 2

“He is adorable Dawn.” Buffy whispered, grinning as she held him in her arms. She glanced down at Dawn, “Named him yet?”

Dawn rolled her eyes. “I just gave birth to him several hours ago, Buffy…”

“So I guess that’s a no then?” Buffy asked, letting out a small chuckle as to not to disturb the sleeping baby.

“No, we have,” Clark stated, causing Dawn to shake her head in disagreement. “Yes, we have. We decided on Christopher Jonathan Kent… Chris for short.”

“Chris,” Buffy repeated grinning. “I love it.”

“Why am I the only one who doesn’t like it?”

THE END.
