lkwreader . My first Eli Stone crossover, and possibly not the last. I’m not too good with lawyer stuff, so please excuse any of that stuff. I can’t for the life of me remember where Eli Stone is set, but let’s just make it New York if it wasn’t already. I'm still kind of awkward writing ES fanfiction... so if this sucks, I'm really sorry!

lkwreader . My first Eli Stone crossover, and possibly not the last. I’m not too good with lawyer stuff, so please excuse any of that stuff. I can’t for the life of me remember where Eli Stone is set, but let’s just make it New York if it wasn’t already. I'm still kind of awkward writing ES fanfiction... so if this sucks, I'm really sorry! Scott Summers is a really nice, smart, and quite funny when he wanted to be… but he was kind of mysterious with his ruby-quartz glasses. However, he was definitely cute. Maggie blushed as her thoughts turned to that, she hid it by looking down at the paper in front of her. She was handling his case mostly by herself, with some help from Eli. Their case wasn’t doing that bad, although it was a lot of pressure on her part and of course on the rest of the mutant population. However she was proud to be part of this case and movement and she was willing to do anything to win this case for Scott and the rest of the mutant population.
What she liked most about Scott though, was that he never asked “Are you sure you've practiced law before?” which most of her clients ask her constantly… he understood that she was nervous and that this was the first really major case she did mostly by herself. He was confident in her, which kind of pushes away the pressure and unfriendliness most of her other clients had towards her.
She smiled to him, glancing back up at him. “I guess that’s it for today, we’ll talk tomorrow?”
“Yes, thanks Maggie,” Scott smiled at her as he stood up. She stood up as well to be polite.
“Good night,” Maggie said, as Scott walked towards the door.
He turned around to face her and smiled nervously, “Look… I was wondering if you wanted to visit the school?”
Maggie blushed lightly, and smiled. “Sure, I would love to visit the school.”
Scott’s smile turned into a grin, “Great, are you busy tomorrow night?”
“Nope,” Maggie smiled. “What time should I get there?”
“What time do you get off work?”
“Around four thirty tomorrow,” Maggie stated with a bright smile. She was really excited to visit the school and of course to be able to talk to Scott outside work.
“Would five thirty be fine, then? We usually have dinner at six.”
“It’s perfect, thank you.” Maggie said, grinning.
“Good night,” Scott said with his own grin brightening his face. “I’ll see you tomorrow then.”
